'Would you like me to get you a chair?'She heard the voice and it pulled her out of her deep strain of concentration. Trinity turned slightly to face the saleswoman who had been speaking to her. She smiled softly and replied. "No I think I'm fine thanks though." She hadn't notioced, but everyone in the store had been watching her nervously as she looked at the clothes on the rack. She had been panting slightly only because the weight of her stomach held her down quite a bit and tired her out quicker than usual. They must have thought they were contractions, She thought to herself. She grinned and kept sifting through the dresses. This wasn't a preganncy store and it wasn't like she would be wearing any of these clothes soon, but looking through them still gave her a sliver of hope that she would be able to fit in these after she gave birth. But that of course was just the silver lining.... She smiled at a couple who walked in all hung over each other. It sent a jolt of loneliness through her body. She was lonely...Darigan had disappeared for a couple days on "business" and she was scheduled to pop any second. She sighed and looked nack down at the dress price. Her eyes widened. "Wow.. $112.98 for a red dress that I could make myself." She grumbled softly as she looked up to see the saleswoman raising a brow. She rolled her eyes at her and picked up all the bags that she already had filled to the top from the other stores, and walked out of the store. She had walked a minimum of 20 steps and she fumbled not able to see her feet. She grumbled and slowed her pace. She managed to get within a few steps of the baby store and she triped over a raise in the floor tile. Her bags flew in the air and on the floor spilling all the contents around her as she hit the ground on her butt. She put a hand to her head as her eyes began to tear up. Everyone slowly walked past her starring not offering to help her. She raised to her knees and waddled around picking up all the contents that had spilled as she felt a jerk in her stomach. A great moment for the baby to kick...."Well kick me when I'm already down why don't you?" She said playfully rubbing her tummy. She stood up slwly balancing herself as she picked up the bags. She patted her tummy as she walked over to the bench outside the babystore. "I think its time for a rest." She said talking to her stomach as if it were alive. She sat on the bench softly. She took out her phone texting Darigan with a smile. She sent a sweet 'I love you' as she caught her breath ready to spend more money.

Essence never had much money. Her family had done just well enough to get by. Upon coming to New York, as long as she had enough for cigs and sometimes clothes, she was fine. She just ate at Dolce. She never had a lot for frivolous extras. So coming into the Mall and seeing people spend money will-nilly was...unnerving. It didn't make her jealous so much as...uncomfortable. But the people-watching was definitely worth it. There were so many stories and lives she could make up for people just by watching them walk, shop, eat, interact (or not)... Very interesting. Slurping from her smoothie (almost as bright red as her hair), she decided to rest her feet a little. Padding to a bench, she took a seat next to a fairly pregnant woman. Tossing a loose smile to her, Essence felt the color drain from her face. The bitch! The one from the alley with Ryder all that time ago! ... She was pregnant? And just wandering the Manhattan Mall? Essence's head cocked at that. Seemed a little..disenchanting. She debated just getting up and walking away but Trinity (Essence thought that's what her name was) had probably already seen her and Essence wasn't really one to run awy, whatever the situation was... |

Trinity saw the bright red hair flash in the corner of her eye and she instantly froze. Was it really that girl from the alley? Was she here with Ryder? Her heart sunk to her feet. She turned her head slightly to catch a glimpse at the girl's face. Oh yes. It definently was her.
Trinity felt herself drop into a whirlwind of emotions. Stupid hormones, she thought to herself as she looked at the girl full on. "Well hello...Essence is it?" She said softly sticking out her hand to shake the girls. Why not make amends? Trinity was definently a differnett woman now.
There was no sense for her old temper or any of her evilness she once held locked inside her. She was ready to cleanse herself of all the evil she had ever committed and make it all better. "No hard feelings?" She said giving a shaky smile.

Essence just took a long hit of her smoothie, watching as Trinity offered her hand. Could she be nice to this woman? After...everything? Wouldn't it be hypocritical to forgive Ryder of his double-personality and then not understand someone else who seemed to be making a change for the better as well? Even if that person had hurt Ryder...that was in the past, right?
Setting her smoothie to the side, Essence nodded and shook her hand. "Yeah, Essence. Sure, I guess..." She agreed, still a little unsure, hesitant. She swallowed nervously a minute before waving a hand at her protruding abdomen. "You're...pregnant," she stated somewhat awkward.
Whoa. What a stunning conversationalist she was. Obviously the woman was pregnant. Very, very pregnant. In fact, a more accurate statement would have been "You're about to go into labor. would you like me to call an ambulance?" Essence grinned sheepishly at her awkward observation but shrugged it off.

Trinity smiled softly. "Yes I am." She gave her stomach a small pat. "I'm pretty close to my due date actually." She grinned. "So how are you and Ryder doing?" She giving a welcoming smile.
Sure, Trinity was still a bitch at times and she was definitely still a little more erotic than most women, but she wasn't what you would call evil. She had other things to live for. She was a soon to be mother...and hopefully a soon to be wife.
She wanted nothing more than to marry Darigan, raise his child and grow old with him. Her life would go from extremely screwed to the best damn life she could ask for. All she ever really wanted was a family of her own.
She shook from her thoughts and smiled at the girl. She knew that the girl would be hesitant after all Trinity had at one point in time wanted to slit her throat....

"Congratulations," Essence said, mustering up a genuine smile. "That's so cool." She wasn't jealous exactly. Just...interested. She wasn't looking to have kids right that moment, of course. She was only nineteen, after all. But in the near future... she hoped. A soft smile found her face and she almost giggled at the thought. Having Ryder's kids. Once they got all that Sylar business cleaned up...
At the mention of her boyfriend, she chuckled, sipping her drink. "We're doing all right, thanks."She ran a hand through her hair, rubbing at her neck. "Well... Things are...complicated." She let out an airy chuckle. "Y'know how it is." She wouldn't get into everything, wasn't this woman's burden to bear. Besides, if she knew about Ryder she would probably know what she meant...
"So, who's the father? If you don't mind me asking, of course."

Trinity rolled her eyes playfully. "Yeah sadly I know..." She looked back through her memories. She had began to fall in love with Ace. It wasn't real though it was her imagination. She was clinging to anything that would hold her tight.
The only two men she had even fell in love was Scargrim...her first love. And her true love, Darigan. She smiled just thinking about him. She jumped from her memories to look at Esscence.
"Well i'm not quite sure if you know him, but his name is Darigan.." She paused. "And I'm absolutely falling head over heels for him." She smirked slightly. "In a way he is like my angel. He saved me from all my sins..." She gestured to herself. "I know I sound cheesy but I believe it!" She grinned.
"I knew from the way Ryder looked at you that one day in the alley that you and him would end up together... Your love is pure." Trinity smiled feeling so muhc older than Essence. The more she thought about it the faster her smile fell.
Her hormones were kicking in and her emotions were going haywire. She felt and was talking like an old woman. Her heart skipped. Being old was the last thing Trinity wanted to think about.

"No," Essence protested, broad grin on her face. "No, that's really sweet. I mean, Ry always says that I helped him...come back. From Ace, you know. So I totally get where you're coming from." And she could understand falling head over heels for someone. She was already there. That brought a light grin to herself and a blush. "And good for you. Being in love is nice."
Trinity's next words only furthered the color at her cheeks and she ducked her head a little to hide it."I knew from the way Ryder looked at you that one day in the alley that you and him would end up together... Your love is pure."
"Thanks," she said softly. "I'd like to think so. I mean, we're good together, so..." She shrugged, taking another drink. She picked up on the drop in Trinity's mood though and cocked her head to the side. "Something wrong?"

Ahh Trinity. The little bitch. And what's this? Essence.. How sweet it is! Sylar moved from one of the shops, walking up from behind them. Leaning in, he grinned, looking at them both. " Oh.. something is wrong all right." He smiled, patting their heads gently. " Now, now.." He waved a finger at Essence as he walked his way around to the front of the bench. " No need to go all kitty, on me." He winked. " We're all good friends." He smirked darkly at the both of them. " But this is too much.." He shook his head, laughing. " The girl who claimed to love me." He said, looking to Trinity. " And the girl who begged for sex." He winked at Essence, placing his hands on each side of her, and leaning in dangerously close. " Whaddaya say, Kitty?" He smirked. " Care to go at it again?" He pushed back, and paced with a finger on his chin, back and forth infront of them. Wanting their anxiety to raise. " Question is.. What should we do?" He looked around at all the people. " Certainly can't make a scene right here, can I?" He tapped at his upper lip. " I know.." He cocked his head. " Come, come." He grabbed them both by the arms, forcing them to their feet. |

Trinity's eyes got wide. She couldn't say anything. She was in pure shock. She hadn't expected anything bad to happen to her when shewas trying to be good. She guessed the saying was right. 'Bad things happen to good people..' Go fucking figure.
She placed a hand protectively over her stomach as he grabbed her and Essence's arm. She looked over at Essence and practically sobbed. Either way this would not end well for either of them. He wouldn't let them go without doing something to torture them, and Trinity couldn't risk her babies life for Sylar.
She took a deep breath. Why? Why did all of these good things in her life have to end like this? Something is going to happen...and it won't be pretty...

Essence felt her body go to stone as she stared at the man who had appeared. Goddamn. Did this guy ever give it a rest. "Get. The fuck. Away from me," she said darkly, calmly. Her eyes went cold as they met his evenly.
"And the girl who begged for sex. Whaddaya say, Kitty?" He smirked. "Care to go at it again?"
Her blood ran cold. Was she ever going to live that down? Ever. She clutched her hands together to stop them from shaking. "Fuck you you fucking bastard," she spat out, unable to stop herself.
She growled low as he snatched up their arms. Trying to jerk away, she found that he was much stronger than her. Eyes narrowing, she felt panick sink low in her stomach and solidify. "Fuck this. What does she have to do with this? Leave her, take me," she bargained. Trinity was pregnant and had a good life going now. She could handle herself Sylar; she had more than once.

Sylar chuckled, tsking her softly. "Shame, shame, Kitty. Don't try to play hardball with the big boys." He grinned back at her as he pulled them along and out the door. Trinity was being awfully.. quiet. And pregnant from what he could tell. "Hmm.." He murmured once outside.
He looked around a moment, before pulling them off to another location. "Come on.. Don't make me mad." He told them, giving a hard yank for them to follow. "Fuck this. What does she have to do with this? Leave her, take me,"
He stopped, and turned around slightly to look at Essence. "Matter of factly, I wasn't planning on taking you. But you just.." He shrugged, with a smirk. "Happened to pop right in, and then I thought.. 'huh, two birds.. one stone'"
His dark orbs trailed to Trinity with a grin. "Hello darlin' long time, no see.. I see you've.. gotten fat. Shame." He smirked, plastering on a erriely happy smile as he dragged them off again. "Come, come.. Many things to do, children."

Trinity's eye narrowed as she finally found a voice to speak with. She tried her old bitchy voice. It seemed to be the only one who used ot scare people. "Fuck. You. I'm not fat you asshole." She said then instantly regretted.
"Wait what? I was the one you wanted all along? What the hell did I do to you?" She questioned her eyes tearing up. "Essence i'm sure you have history with this man as well....but your the one who shouldn't be harmed your much younger... you deserve a better life than this..."
She sighed. "Let her go and I'll do whatever..." She gritted her teeth. "I promise...."

Essence growled in her throat again, fucking tired of this. She fought to phase out of his grip but she was too pissed off at the moment. The newer power was still tied to her emotions. She let out an inelegant noise, expressing her frustration.
"Cut the fucking crap already," she snapped. "What the fuck do you want with us?" Despite her rage, Essence kept alert. She needed to be on her guard. Damned if she was going to let Trinity get fucked up with that baby in her.

Sylar laughed at that, shaking his head and looking back at her. "So glad you joined in, in our little conversation, Darlin'" He smirked. "Wait what? I was the one you wanted all along? What the hell did I do to you?" He stopped in the middle of an alley, letting go of their arms and turning around slowly.
"Not everything is about you, sweetheart. But in this case, it is. And, it's not about what you did to me, per se.." He paused. "Let's just say.. " He clasped his hands together, bringing them to his lips as he looked up at the sky, searching for the right words. "You're a bitch." He smirked. "And bitches, like all woman, have to pay." He shrugged, grasping for them again, and dragging them into an abandoned warehouse.
"Let her go and I'll do whatever..." She gritted her teeth. "I promise...."
He let them go, slamming all the doors and windows shut with his telekinesis. "If you want to make a bargain, you gotta have something I want.." He tsked her. "And you don't, so sorry." He smirked.
"Cut the fucking crap already," she snapped. "What the fuck do you want with us?"
His head turned, looking at Essence. "Revenge.." He cracked a grin. "I heard it's the sweetest thing in the world.." He shrugged. "I suppose I'll find out, soon enough."
With a flick of his hand, he threw Trinity, pinning her against a wall. "This is usually the part when people start screaming.."

One minute she was trying to figure out why he was taking her here and the next she was flung agiainst the concrete wall. "Ouf..." She let out at she hit the wall with a sickening crack/ thump. She moaned out of pain. She couldn't move either because he was keeping her that way, or because she was badly hurt.
"I'm not a bitch anymore... I've changed...." She said croaking through a hurt throat. "I never truthfully did anything to you!" She screamed trying to get louder. She looked over at Essence with pleadful eyes. "My baby..." She began to sob.
She shot her look at Sylar. "What are you going to do to me and my baby?" She said trying to calm herself. Panicking would not help her.

When Sylar threw Trinity against the wall, something snapped within Essence. The tiger inside her growled. "Let her fucking go," she said, voice dark and dangerously calm. She could tear him apart. "You're not gonna gain anything by hurting her, are you?"
She focused her eyes on Trinity, hoping to reassure her.

He smirked back at her, keeping her pinned to the wall, his hand outstretched toward her. "Keep tellin' yourself that, sweetheart. Either way, it doesn't matter now, does it? Cause you're stuck, and you're not going to get out of her for awhile, so get comfortable." He told her, bringing her a bit farther from the wall and slamming her back against it again. "Good girl."
"Let her fucking go," she said, voice dark and dangerously calm. She could tear him apart. "You're not gonna gain anything by hurting her, are you?"
His free index finger dropped, landing on his lips. "Hmm... No. But why do I have to gain something in order to have fun?" He said, tilting his head, grinning at her. "Easy tiger. Don't make any rash decisions, or try something stupid. Okay?" He smirked, giving her a nod. "Okay."
Taking a deep breath, he walked closer to where Trinity was pinned. "Hmm.. What's the matter darlin'? You don't look well at all.." He laughed. "Could it be.. you missed me as much as I missed you?" He winked at her, before giving a soft tsk. "Shame, you could have been by my side.. Instead, Bella took your place." He sighed, giving a slight shrug. "Truly is a shame.. when you think about it."
He leaned in dangerously close, the smile gone as he starred at her. "Now.. Scream." He told her, his other hand lifted him, shards of broken glass following it.

Trinity gave a smug look of disgust at him. "She's perfect for you...A real peice of trash...just what you deserve." She spoke growling at him. Her powers were useless. She tried conducting any type of electricty, but she was blocked. Her being pregnant wasn't helpful either.
He told her to scream, and she saw what he was doing. She wasn't going to go out like this. If her and her baby were going to die here, she would not die like a pussy. She pulled back and spit on him. "I will not give you the pleasure of screaming. If your going to kill me get it over with, because I'm. Not. Screaming." She spoke with a cold edge of fear and tension behind it.
She gritted her teeth as hard as she could as she closed her eyes awaiting her death. She took slow breaths. She prayed to herself in her mind. "God...I know I was never the church type, nor hav I ever picked up a bible, but I'm trying to change my ways, and if you will just please....please....save me...or just save my baby I will be in your debt for the rest of my time on earth. Please God...I need you." She thought in her mind as tears rolled down her cheeks.

Essence wanted to cheer and applaud; fuck yes! Show him you're not afraid. She kept her eyes locked on the other woman, trying to channel strength through to her. Every molecule of her being was screaming at her to transform and take the fucker down. But she wasn't sure what the consequences would be. Sylar was strong and even if he didn't hurt her, he could certainly hurt Trinity. And in her pregnant state there wasn't much the other woman could do.
She decided to wait and watch. Look for an opening, a weakness, a fault. And then she would strike. Because goddamnit, she was tired of this fucking bastard barging into her life and fucking things up!
