Amarie sat in the Starbucks, on one of the little tables by the big windows. She had seen Josslyn quite a bit (sort of too much, for it to be coincidental, but whatever) and she had thought up the bright idea of telling the pretty girl to ask Cain if he would like to... have another talk, or something. She just hoped he would come. She hadn't completely changed her mind on the whole Molleigh part (meaning she hadn't talked about it in detail with Sai) but she was sure it would work out now. She had seen, last time, how much hurt it put him through, not to be able to see his baby girl grow up, and she figured that it was something she wasn't going to force him to miss out on. She bounced little Molleigh on her lap, stroking the girl's soft, dark curls as she waited for Molleigh's father to come along. The girl hadn't seen her real dad in quite a while, and well, she thought it would make Cain happy to see her. Molleigh woke up from her little nap, and then said, "Mah, whey'ah ah' weee?" She looked around, rubbing her little green eyes. "We're at the Starbucks, hun," she whispered in her ear. "We're waiting for Cain. For dah." She smiled, and Molleigh smiled back. Amarie somehow didn't think Molleigh quite understood, for all she said was 'Oh-tay," before closed her eyes and leaning against her mother again. Am pulled her close, humming softly to her while scanning the streets.

They walked hand in hand down the street, Brianna skipping slightly as she hummed. " Cainie, weres we go?" She asked, looking up at him. Her attention soon went to her dress as she smiled down at it. It was so pretty! and Cain let her pick it out! " We're going to see Amarie and Molleigh." He told her with a soft smile. To say he was surprised by Josslyn's request for him to go, was an understatement. After everything that happened the last time. He was sure Amarie wouldn't want to talk to him ever again. " Otay." She nodded, pointing at the starbucks window at Amarie. " Dere she ees!" She exclaimed with a bright smile, waving at Amarie. Cain chuckled, holding the door open for her. " Well come on then silly." Brianna giggled, skipping into the coffee shop and riht towards Amarie. " Hi hi!" She grinned, her eyes drifting to Molleigh. " She so perdy.." Her voice knocked down a few notches, seeing that the little girl was sleeping. " Let her sleep, Brie. Come over here and sit." He patted the seat next to him. He offered a soft smile to Amarie. " Hey."

She saw Brianna, and waved back at the girl. She was too cute. "Hello!" she said with a smile. She looked down and Molleigh as Brianna said something about prettiness. Even though the little girl had lowered her voice, it still woke up the not-really-sleeping Molleigh, who looked around, confused once more. Her eyes settled on Brianna, and she said, "hiiiiii! Who ees jooooo?" She looked closer, and saw the pretty dress Brianna was wearing. 'Pah-wetttttyy!" she squealed, pointing. Really, Biranna was pretty too. "Pah-wetty!" she exclaimed again, smiling and giggling.
But then her eyes turned to Cain. She gazed up at him, her eyes wide. She thought she recognized him, but she couldn't remember! Mommy had said something about Dah. Was this him? It didn't look like the Dah she remembered! But then her little brain continued to work and she brought up an image of this guy--in a park. "Dayy-uh?" she asked, head bent slightly to the side.
Amarie adjusted Molleigh on her lap and smiled as Molleigh did recognize Cain, if not somewhat confusedly. "Yeah, Molleigh, that's your dah." She smiled back at Cain, not really thinking that now was the time to bring up 'visiting hours' or whatever they should be called.

Brianna grinned widely. "Brianna." She giggled. "Tank joo. Joors perdy too."
Cain chuckled softly at the two, his eyes never leaving Molleigh as she turned to face him. "Dayy-uh?" Tears threatened to fall for a moment as he nodded. "Ye, Molleigh, it's me. It's your dah.." His smile widened.
"Yeah, Molleigh, that's your dah."
He closed his eyes a moment. Brianna's eyes starring at Cain. He was Molleigh's daddy? It made her think who her daddy was, and where he was. She grew quiet as she watched. Her hand rested on the back of Amarie's chair.
"Can I.." He paused. "Hold her?"

"Ba-wee-yanna!" Repeated Molleigh, giggling. She liked that name. It was pretty. And it was fun to say, too. "Ta'n joo!" she replied, looking to her Mommy, who siled at her for being so well mannered. Her Mommy liked manners. And Molleigh remembered them, which made Mommy happy which made her happy.
Molleigh recognized Cain's voice now! 'Day-uhh!" she squealed, more certain this time. This was her dad. One of the first few voices she had heard, the one she had hear most --besides Mommy's-- in her little lifespan. Amarie smiled--her beautiful little baby girl. So pretty, so wonderful.
"Of course," said Amarie, holding out Molleigh.Molleigh giggled and smiled, reaching out her arms--she wanted to be held.

Brianna stood still, her eyes glancing back and forth. She quickly walked beside Cain, leaning against him as she placed her thumb in her mouth. This was her Cain, and no one else's. Well, he was Josslyn's Cain too. But that was okay with her. But this.. Molleigh... She shook her head, turning her head into Cain's chest.
'Day-uhh!"
Cain smiled wildly at the girl. "Ye, my sweet little Molleigh." His heart swelled ten times it's proportion as he watched the little girl. His little girl.
"Of course."
Molleigh held out her arms as she giggled softly. Cain took her, holding her close. But there was a slgith problem. "What's wrong Brie?" He asked softly, wrapping an arm around the girl and rubbing her back. She simply shook her head, and began humming the old familiar tune.
His brows furrowed a moment before he looked down at Molleigh. "Oh, look at ye. Ye got so big!" He chuckled, taking a finger and tickling her under her chin slightly.

Molleigh beamed and for some reason her heart seemed to swell too. Daddy, daddy, daddy, she thought, snuggling in to him, sighing with comfort and happiness. "Dah, I wubs joo," she mumbled into his chest. She didn't think she knew him all too well, but she did love him--that she knew. That she knew right away.
She giggled as he tickled under her chin. She smiled proudly as he exclaimed on how big she was. "Yeh, dah, I ees beeg!" she giggled, and repeated, "Beeg gir' now!" She smiled. She loved those diaper commercials she and Mommy saw when walking around. The ones with the kid, and then the song--'I'm a big kid now!'
She looked down at Brianna, who wasn't looking happy for some reason. Giggling, Molleigh said, "I wubs joo too, Ba-wee-yanna!" she giggled at her 'cleverness'. She hoped Brianna loved her too. Looking at Mommy, wondering, ashamed, if she felt left out, Molleigh said, "I wubs joo too, Mah." She smiled. It was nice, to have people hold her and love her.

"Dah, I wubs joo,"
His breath caught, as he held her close, dropping a kiss to her cheek. "Love you too sweetheart." He replied with a smile. Brianna starred up at him, and then to Molleigh with a uncertain gaze. "Yeh, dah, I ees beeg!" she giggled, and repeated, "Beeg gir' now!" Brianna scoffed. "I's eeg gerl too!" She crossed her arms over her chest, defiant.
Cain didn't know how to repond to Brianna's tone to Molleigh. Something was up with the girl. Was she jealous that Cain was giving Molleigh most of his attention? "I wubs joo too, Ba-wee-yanna!" Brianna's eyes widened slightly, her arms unfolding. "I.." Her eyes teared up as she walked away and into the corner, her back turned to the pair at the table.
"Brianna?" Cain called out to her, taking to his feet. Molleigh was still in his arms as he crouched down before her. "What's wrong, love?" Brianna turned, showing her tear stained face. "I.. I.. I.." Her chest heaved up and down as she wrapped her arms around Molleigh and Cain. "I wuv you too!"

"Yous YOTS beeger den meeee," said Molleigh, sort of in awe. She knew lots of people were bigger than her--mainly Mommy and Daddy and.... Daddy (huh? She wondered what it mean,t having two daddies)--but she had only just realized that she was smaller then Brianna. Which wasn't really fair. 'How cuh-m I ees suh-mallll-er den Bah-wee-yanna, Dah?" She asked, clearly trying to think this out for herself.
She watched, sort of confused, as Brianna walked away. Did she not love Molleigh back? Did she not like her? Why not? Sad, Molleigh pouted. Daddy seemed towodner what was wrong too. When Brianna turned around, Molleigh saw she was crying. "Dun cwy, Bah-wee-yanna!" she said quietly, trying to wipe the tears gently off of the other girl's face with her chubby baby-fingers.
She wasn't expected the hug, and went 'oof' slightly. Butit felt nice. 'I wubs joo! Joo wubs mee! Weees a happpppyyyy fam-eeel-wee!" She sang, her voice muffled slightly. Yes, Am had to dig up some old Barney videos and show them to the little girl. But what kid could grow up not loving Barney?!

Brianna blinked several times at Molleigh, as she wiped at her eyes. She'd never admitted to anyone that she loved them. Maybe that was why she was crying? She really wasn't sure.. She nodded to Molleigh, drying her eyes.
Cain starred at the two, smiling softly as he laid a kiss to Molleigh's cheek. "Your dah's missed you Molleigh. More than you'll ever know." He hugged her close, kissing her head softly. "I just want to squeeze ya ta death." He joked with a soft chuckle
