This here is my lovely Ophelia. She's a muse so she's really no good without someone to be a muse to. Check out her bio, please --especially the history-- so you understand a little bit of how her being a muse works.
But yeah, what she needs is a charge, someone to inspire. Preferably an artist (of any flavor). Possibly a love interest? Definitely doesn't have to be, though. This can be an existing character or if you love me enough, a new one. XD Totally open to just about any idea with this one. ^^
