He sat at home with both the kids, Harmony said something about grocery shopping, and took the car. Now, usually, Dean wouldn't walk. But since he had no choice.. Here he was. Regan sitting on his hip, babbling in babytalk. While Logan, with a wide grin on his face, walked beside him. " We go sees unca Keenie!" He san =g along softly, and with alot of excitement. " Yup. Gonna stop over and say hi." Anything to keep him locked up in the house with these two driving him wild. Regan was five months, she was starting to get into that crawling phase. And that only meant one thing.. Destruction. He turned, walking up to the door with a smirk on his face. " Joo tink he be surpised?" Logan asked, looking up at him. " Oh yeah." Dean chuckled softly as he knocked on the door. " Open up and let me in, before my kids freeze out here." |

"Ringo," Cian prompted to his daughter. "Ringo Starr is t'e most overrated Beatle. We don' like him. We like John Lennon and George Harrison. Can y' say Lennon, Mo-Mo?" Maura simply batted at Daddy's face. She liked when he talked; he had a pretty voice. He popped his lips to her and she shrieked with delight, pacifier falling to the side. Her hands waved more frequently, excited. Cian chuckled, bouncing Maura on his lap. Emma had taken Oliver out for a little Momma-Son quality time. Which meant that he got a little Daddy-Daughter time. He was definitely enjoying it. Only three months or so she had been alive and he had enjoyed every freaking second of it. She was so much fun and so curious about everything. A knock came then, followed by someone calling "Open up and let me in, before my kids freeze out here." Dean? Cian laughed happily and rose, hoisting Maura against his chest. "Looks like Uncle Dean is gonna pay us a visit." Opening the door, he stepped to the side, letting them in. "Hey t'ere Logan, Ree, Dean." Smiling to his friend, he asked, "What? Can' handle the kids on your own?" Maura squirmed in his arms, wanting to see the new arrivals. Cian struggled with her before holding her back against his chest, arm bracing her beneath her legs. "See there Mo, it's your Uncle Dean." |

"Hey t'ere Logan, Ree, Dean." Smiling to his friend, he asked, "What? Can' handle the kids on your own?"
Dean tilted his head to the side, hoisting Regan back upon his hip. "Harty, har, har." He replied with amusement. "Regan's come into her crawling phase, figured she can tear up your place instead of ours." He chuckled, stepping in. Logan went charging in, hugging at Cian's legs. "Unca Keenie, wes came to supise joo! SUPISE!" He laughed.
"See there Mo, it's your Uncle Dean."
Dean smiled, reaching over and tickling Mo under her chin. "Hey beautiful. You giving your dad problems like we talked about?" He joked, moving Regan to his chest, as his arm wrapped around her, holding her there. She giggled, clapping her hands and reaching out for Maura.

"T'anks so much," Cian replied in good humor. Crouching a little to meet Reagan's eyes, he grinned. "Givin' your Da the run-'round, are you? Good job, love."
"Unca Keenie, wes came to supise joo! SUPISE!" He laughed.
Cian laughed heartily and ruffled Logan's hair. "You did such a good job, too! I love this surprise!" He gestured with his shoulder for them to come further into the apartment. "Come and sit. Or come and run around and cause destruction in Reagan's case, I s'ppose." He flashed a grin to the little girl. "Sorry Ollie's not around, Lo. Dunno when he and his mum'll be back."
"Hey beautiful. You giving your dad problems like we talked about?"
Cian scoffed at that as he sat. Maura just gave a happy gurgle. This other man was big, waaaaay big, scary big almost. But he had a pretty baby with him. Baby like her! Maura keened excitedly and reached for the other girl as well. She had pretty hair. Daddy's color but shaped like Momma's.
Cian smiled down at his little girl. "Here Dean, I'll trade you," he offered, wanting to hold Reagan for a little bit.

"T'anks so much," Cian replied in good humor. Crouching a little to meet Reagan's eyes, he grinned. "Givin' your Da the run-'round, are you? Good job, love."
Dean chuckled softly. "You're so welcome." He smiled, Regan giggling constantly in his arms, reaching out to touch Cian's nose as he talk to her. "Gahagah!" She giggled. Logan stood there between them, looking back and forth with a smile on his face.
"You did such a good job, too! I love this surprise!" He gestured with his shoulder for them to come further into the apartment. "Come and sit. Or come and run around and cause destruction in Reagan's case, I s'ppose."
Logan jumped up and down a moment, before nodding. "Kay, kay." He grinned. "Don't even think of it, Logan." Dean told him with a smile. "Daddy was only joking." He chuckled. Logan gave a nod, and bobbed his head left and right as he followed Cian.
Regan tilted her head slightly, smiling at Maura. "Agaha!" She grinned a toothless grin. She looked up at her daddy, and tapped his chin with her hand. "Ray, ray thilly, daddy." Logan pipped in with a smile.
"Here Dean, I'll trade you,"
"I suppose so. But, if we keep going on this track of babies, I think we're all going to have to move in together." He teased as he passed Regan over to him, taking Maura into his arms. Regan giggled, tapping Cian's face with her hands. "Hi pretty girl." Dean smiled, holding Mo close.

"I suppose so. But, if we keep going on this track of babies, I think we're all going to have to move in together."
Cian laughed at that, nodding. That would be fun; he could just imagine. He traded with Dean, gaping to Regan. "Hey there, sweetheart. You're so pretty! Good thing you look like your Mommy, huh?" He joked. He grinned as the little girl patted at him. Looking to Logan, he asked, "Are you a good big brother, lad?"
"Hi pretty girl."
Maura was quiet a moment, studying the man before her. He was big. But his face was kind and he was smiling. Her lips parted curiously and she reached forward. Taking hold of his nose, she gave a little tug. For some reason, this delighted her beyond belief. Letting go, she clapped off-balance and gurgled happily. Uncle Dean. She liked him.

"Hey there, sweetheart. You're so pretty! Good thing you look like your Mommy, huh?"
"Oh psh. So you're saying Logan isn't handsome because he takes after me, huh?" Dean chuckled softly as Maura took ahold of his nose and gave it a slight tug. "You're such a pretty girl, yes you are." He smiled down at her.
Logan starred between them, a broad smile on his face. They were nuts. Both of them, nuts. "Are you a good big brother, lad?" Logan nodded eagerly. "Oh yah. I's good beeg bwudder." He told Cian, nodding as he pointed a thumb at his chest. "I's even give Ray-ray her binky." He smiled.
Dean chuckled softly. "So true. There was one time I was in the back, grading some papers, and Regan was just screaming her head off. Then all of a sudden it was quiet. So I got up to check on her, and she's fast asleep with her binky in her mouth. I turned to Logan, and he told me he gave it to her to help her be quiet so I could work."
Regan screached with laughter, clapping her hands and reaching out and smacking Cian's face playfully. "Mmmmabah!"

"No," Cian drawled, smiling to the little boy. "I'm saying that he somehow got lucky and is handsome despite his Da." He chuckled good-naturedly and then shook his head. His brother had said something similar about Maura and her being lucky to look like her mother.
"You're such a pretty girl, yes you are."
Maura liked his voice. It wasn't as fun as Daddy's but it was deep and fast and nice. She put her hand to his chest as he chuckled, marvelling at the vibrations there. She tapped there, urging him to do it again. That was fun! She wanted to feel that again!
Cian smiled softly throughout the retelling of Logan's big-brother deeds. "Good job, Lo. You sound like a t'rrific big brother." He hoped Oliver took pride in his role as big brother too. Sometimes he did, but others... Cian wasn't sure.
As Regan assaulted his face, Cian could only laugh, twisting this way and that. "Hey there, little bit!" he exclaimed. He laughed as he held her at arms length. "Well, I see what your dad meant now when he said you were destructive." He grinned across to her, tossing her up a little bit, catching her easily.

"Well, I see what your dad meant now when he said you were destructive."
Logan giggled, moving closer to his sister. "Ray-ray.." He said, making her look to him. "top hittin' unca keenie!" He grinned, looking up at Cian. Regan giggled as she was thrown into the air, and caught. She giggled, drool slowly sliding out of her mouth.
"Uh.. Cian.." Dean snickered. He pointed at Regan. "Got some drool headin' your way." He laughed.

"What'cha want, baby girl?"[/i]
Maura's mouth formed a perfect "o" as she felt the sensation again. Squealing with laughter, she clapped and made an incomprehensible sound. Attempting to urge him on, she tugged at his shirt. She lay her cheek against his chest, anticipating the feeling again.
"Uh.. Cian.." Dean snickered. He pointed at Regan. "Got some drool headin' your way."
Cian made a soft noise and righted Regan. He caught the drool on a finger and then wiped it on his jeans. Hell, they had endured much worse that morning. After breakfast, bathtime, changing and running around with Maura, drool was the least of his jeans' worries.
He looked over to Maura then, face curious. "What're you doin', bump?" he asked softly. His eyes were alight, though. Everything his daughter did was astounding to him. Every revelation about the world she had (which was about fifteen a day) was equally exciting for him.

Dean felt her grip at his shirt. He looked down, a puzzled complexion crossing his face. "I'd like to know the same." He smiled, perking a brow down at the girl. Regan grinned a toothless grin up at Cian, grasping at his shirt and giving it a tug. "Mmma!" She exclaimed, pointing at him.
Dean chuckled softly at her antics. "Yeah, if you let her, she'll crawl all over you." He told him as Logan came and sat down beside him on the couch. "Daddy," He tapped at him. "Can I's go pay wit Ollie's toys?" Dean shrugged. "Why don't you ask Uncle Cian." He told him.
Logan took to his feet, walking over to Cian with a smile. "Can I, pwease?"

Cian laughed, watching as once again Maura become alive with excitement. She bounced against her uncle a little. Cian was suddenly struck with a memory of holding an infant Kelly. Much like Maura, she got excited every time he spoke; it was the vibrations of his voice through his chest. "Think she likes feelin' y' talk, Dean," he suggested.
"Yeah, if you let her, she'll crawl all over you."
"Oh, will y' love?" he asked with a laugh. He settled Regan on her chest, content to let her have her way. He popped her lips to her softly, remembering how much Maura liked it. As Logan approached him, Cian smiled. "Can I, pwease?" "'Course, bud. Go for it; they're all in his room."

"Think she likes feelin' y' talk, Dean,"
Dean nodded, leaning back and holding a hand to her bottom to hold her steady. "Maura.. What'cha doin' pretty girl?" He asked with a smile. Regan like the same thing, but she was picky, and usualy pretty hyper. She was a perfect advertisement of the energizer bunny.
"Oh, will y' love?"
Regan's head turned, hearing an unfamiliar sound. She watched his lips, crawling slightly up his chest and reaching a hand out to his lips. "Mmgah!" She giggled, tilting her head slightly with a wide smile. She giggled, moving closer before laying herself down on her stomach, her head tilting up and starring up at Cian in wonder.
"'Course, bud. Go for it; they're all in his room."
Logan smiled. "Tank joo!" He laughed, running off to Oliver's room. Once there, he looked around before grabbing the train. "Choo choo!" He exclaimed, moving it along it's tracks.

Maura laughed happily, bouncing more. So cool!! Her hands flapped against him eagerly. She buried her face against Uncle Dean's chest, gurgling. Daddy's voice just sounded pretty so she never noticed the feel of it. But this felt so cool. She'd have to try this with Daddy too...
Cian laughed a Regan's reaction, playfully nipping at her fingers. "Like that, did y', Ree?" He made the noise again, slower this time, so she could see how he did it.
This was nice. Just him and Dean sitting around, enjoying the company of their daughters. And with Logan playing happily in the next room, of course.

Dean chuckled softly at her reactions. "Do you like the feel of the vibrations, darlin'?" He asked softly, brushing a hand over her head lightly. "Yeah?" He clicked his tongue, making a sharp noise to gain her attention. "Maura.. Do you know you're pretty, hmm? You get that from you mommy, yes you do."
"Like that, did y', Ree?"
She grinned, watching him intently as he did it again. His lips were moving, and then another sound came out. She shrieked out in laughter, grasping out for his lips again. How did he do that? She tried, but only blew out spit bubbles.

Maura sucked in a breath, amazed. She tapped at his chest again, as if trying to reproduce the vibrations of his voice. And then there was another noise, different. She hummed loosely, mimicking him. She liked Uncle Dean. She wasn't so sure before, because he was so, so big but now she knew. Exhaling softly, she settled her head against him, fitting the first two fingers on her hand into her mouth.
"Right, just her mommy," Cian quipped softly, grinning. He chuckled then as Regan tried to pop her lips but succeeded in only making spit bubbles. "Good try, love, but not quite." He wiped her lip softly and tapped her nose. Looking across to Dean, he stated, "Dude. Our daughters are awesome."

He chuckled down at Maura as she laid her head back down against his chest. "Yeah, Ray falls asleep like that too." He told her softly, patting her back gently before going into the motion of rubbing and patting like he did with Regan.
"Right, just her mommy,"
Dean smirked, giving a half shrug at the man. "Good try, love, but not quite." She giggled, laying her head down, tired of holding it up. She listened to his voice. It was much different that her daddy's. Daddy's was much deeper. But she liked it all the same. She looked up at him, before laying her head back down and whining softly. "She wants her Binky." Dean told him, digging into his pocket and tossing it at him.
"Dude. Our daughters are awesome."
Dean chuckled. "Dude! I know." He grinned, rubbing Maura's back gently. "How's the home life?"

Maura's eyes drifted shut and she hummed. His voice got quieter, the tone and vibrations of it lulling her to sleep now. His hand was moving over her back, just like Daddy did when he rocked her to sleep. She gave a little sigh and settled down. She was comfortable.
Cian caught the soother easily and offered it to Regan. His hand coasted over her back softly, helping her to sleep.
"Dude! I know." Cian chuckled softly, not wanting to disturb Regan. "How's the home life?" Cian blew out a breath and raised his eyebrows. "Good, good." He cleared his throat lightly and added, "My brother's staying with us for a bit." Timmy... Tim was out at a movie with Dave, who had flown into New York City to visit. Timmy....

Regan took it eagerly, laying her head back down and taking in a breath as she squirmed a moment, finding the right place. Once she did, she closed her eyes. "Good, good." He cleared his throat lightly and added, "My brother's staying with us for a bit." Dean perked a brow. "Oh yeah?" He asked softly. "How's that going for you? You guys just got rid of me not too long ago, and now you got another." He smiled softly.
He continued patting and rubbing at Maura's back, taking in a deep breath, laying a kiss to her head.

"Oh yeah?" He asked softly. "How's that going for you? You guys just got rid of me not too long ago, and now you got another."
Cian chuckled a little mirthlessly and raised his eyebrows. "It's...interesting," he decided. He laughed at Dean's quip, nodding. "I know, right? It's like we're a boarding house or summat." Rubbing softly at the back of his neck, he added. "He should be outta here soon, actually. Got into a fight with my parents, so..." Cian rolled his eyes to indicate how the entire situation had gotten out of hand.
"Maura has enjoyed havin' him here, though. Another person t' dote and fawn over her." Cian grinned at that. "And Ollie loves him, o' course. What of y', though? T'ings with Harm all worked out?" He was hesitant in his question, though. That was always a bit of a...weird topic between them...
