"I hugged you, didn't you feel me? I have flesh, and blood. Just like you."
"Of course I felt you!" He protested, then flushed pink. "I mean......you.....you know what I mean. I mean, you're there...but I mean...you're dead so......it's....I'm sorry, I don't quite understand it all."
Who? Azrael of course. But then, if she had been watching, wouldn't she know that? How long had she been watching? How much? How much had she seen? Had she seen everything he had done? Could she even hear his thoughts? Sai had so many questions but they were all silenced the moment she seemed to get upset.
"I would never harm you, or your family. And yes, I really did want to meet you. Because I know your a good man. A good husband, friend and father. Even after everything you've been through... I'd figure you of all people would understand..."
Saikoro sighed and then looked her in the eye and spoke as softly as he could. "I'm sorry....I just....I thought you were....I'm just, really under a lot of stress, and sometimes I overreact like that. I'm sorry. I don't know.....I didn't know that Cain was dead. And I mean.....you don't look dead at all....and.....god, I don't know. I'm just really, really confused about all of this. And that you actually wanted to meet me. Do you.....do you know who I am? The things I've done? The things he's made me do? You wouldn't want to meet me, if you knew my past."

"Of course I felt you!"
Her eyes widened immediately at the force of his words, and as he blushed, so did she. "I mean......you.....you know what I mean. I mean, you're there...but I mean...you're dead so......it's....I'm sorry, I don't quite understand it all."
"It's alright." She replied lowly. "I understand, I do." Pausing, she looked down again. "You can ask me anything, you know. I promise to answer everything that I can. Somethings I may not be able to... I have to abide by Heaven's Rule."
Suddenly, it was like a flood gate opened, and questions poured out of him left and right it seemed. "You thought I was mortal..." She slowly shook her head. "I wish, but my life ended short, and quick." She confessed. "I don't need to know your past to know you are the very essence of good, Saikoro Kohana. I only saw bits and pieces... and who is this 'he' you're talking about? The past is the past, it stays that way with me. I could never judge you... so please, don't judge me."
